Cleveland Avenue, 161, Forest Hills Blvd., and Private Lane*, total approximately 84,000 cars / day (*The private lane travels through the north end of the center from Cleveland Avenue east to Forest Hills Blvd.)

The property is extremely accessible to a large regional trading area by virtue of its proximity to two I-270 freeway interchanges: Cleveland Avenue exit approx. 1.5 miles north, and Rt. 161, exit 2 miles east.

From North Central Ohio

Take State Route 315 or I-71 to I-270, go east on I-270 and exit at the Cleveland Avenue South exit. Proceed south about 1 mile, then turn left into the shopping center at the traffic light by the Sunoco gas station.

From East Central Ohio

Take I-70 to I-270, go north on I-270 and exit west on State Route 161. Proceed west on Route 161, 2 miles to a traffic light at Forest Hills Blvd.

From West Central Ohio

Take I-70 to I-270, go north on I-270 and then east on I-270 and exit at the Cleveland Avenue South exit. Proceed south about 1 mile, then turn left into the shopping center at the traffic light by the Sunoco gas station.

From South Central Ohio

Take I-71 to I-270, go east on I-270 and then north on I-270, and exit west on State Route 161. Proceed west on Route 161, 2 miles to a traffic light at Forest Hills Blvd.
